PCI Compliant POS Remote Terminal Management System Cloud Based for Android and Linux POS

Introduction:

WCT Terminal Management System is a simple, secure and robust platform which enables customers to manage finance terminals for various purposes, like remote terminal control and parameter update. Web based user interaction portal makes it simple and convenient to use anytime anywhere and cloud deployment brings more secure and stability to service and flexibility to redeployment or multi-deplyment.

TMS resides on the WCT server but some clients may choose to host TMS on their own server. When an issue such as vulnerability is found in TMS either by in-house testing or by a customer an issue tracking number is generated.

1. The vulnerability issue is then reviewed and confirmed by IT engineering staff.

2. Once Vulnerability is patched, TMS is once again tested by engineering staff to assure proper correction of the issue.

3. The new secure software is then loaded to the Developers Portal and ready for download. A client using self-hosted TMS uses a login and password to access the portal provided by Wisecard.

4. Notification of the fix is announced on the download page informing visitors of the fix.

a. Notification is sent to vendors informing them of the fix so they may contact their clients.

5. If a customer calls in with an issue, including vulnerability to TMS they are directed to the Developers

Portal so they can download the software.

6. Once they have the software they can then upgrade to the newest version thus fixing any vulnerability issue.
